| Brilliant hotel, poor staff |

Sheraton Hotels have a service policy that promises absolute customer service satisfaction and if the customer is unhappy with the Sheraton Hotel for any reason, the hotel must do everything possible to correct the problem.
This Sheraton Old Town Albuquerque is a beautiful hotel with lovely atmosphere and warm inviting rooms. The food is good and service is excellent. But if there is a negative experience to report, the staff seems to become vague and suddenly ignorant. The hotel manager leaves much to be desired in the ways of compassion and courtesy. The smell of attitude permeated the air at this hotel. My property was stolen while in the hands of the Sheraton Old Town Albuquerque hotel staff and I am still waiting for what was not stolen to be returned to me. If you know your experience with this Sheraton will be positive, then I highly recommend it. But if something negative happens and you want to report it to the Sheraton staff and expect results...good luck. |
