We asked the bell captain to serve a taxi next morning for the transportation before night. In the morning, a taxi did not come and we delayed our meeting. The reason might be a person who caught our message did not transfer the information exactly to a next person in charge or did not arrange when a person received our request. Also it was quite poor attitude to rearrange a taxi for us in the morning. A person answered they did not get our request before night!! I did not ask by phone, but asked face to face, with my colleagues. It was unpleasant memory.
