It's not always as far from the beach as you may think The distance to the beach narrows as you go down from 15th-5th St. Things are closer than you may think.Some of the tee shirt stores will lower prices, but beware of the knockoff pocketbooks. The Bag Boutique on the boards near Moorlyn Terrace is the only place that I go for bags on the boardwalk, but don't forget to shop on Asbury Ave.Check out the schedle at the Music Pier, many great shows.

Try Piccini's Wood Fired Pizza on corner of 13th & West Small restaurant with amazing gourmet pizza, pasta,and Itailian food! Can't believe they haven't expanded over the years! Great quality food! Fresh ingredients! Delicious wood fired brick oven flavor and reasonable prices! Everyone we bring there agrees!! Never disappoints!

Ocean City Boardwalk - truly a great family resort town Great for families with young children. Enjoy the boardwalk, junk food, amusement parks, shopping and beach. Ocean City is a dry town, BYOB. Food is not great, you'll need to leave the island if you want a great meal. Obadiah's has declined too in the past few years, even though they tout a new menu. I recommend trying some places in Cape May, its worth the drive.
