Good Stuff:
It was off season . . . the location was good and the price was right.

Not Good Stuff:
Run down to a point that serious cleaning would not help.
The smell of stale cigarettes was horrible. Even the lobby reeked of it. I guess the summer kids make a good flop house out of it.

For seasoned travelers looking for comfort and expecting cleanliness this is not the place. It is very dark and very dreary.

Oceanfront dining Nice breakfast, lunch, and dinner oceanfront (actually right on the beach) restaurant nearby.

beware they make u check out at 11am and there fore u ruin a beachday, its hard to ck out and go to the beach and not shower when u leave so ask about a late ck out and make a deal....

Don't miss The Cape May Zoo (exit 11 GSP) is worth the trip for visitors of all ages. The local nature preserves are nice scenic rides with great views & photo ops. Visit Gardner's Basin aquarium and stay for lunch at waters edge. If you go to the Walk Outlets, plan on lunch at Applebees because then you can park right in the heart of the shopping area and Applebees will validate your parking pass - so parking is free!
