I thought that this place was great
I thought that this place was great. I and my friends went there to stay there for the wrestling tournament at city hall. It was very close to it, and it was such a cool hotel. You won’t find a better deal for a place as nice as this. They have this thing where it’s daytime inside when its night. Check it out!

Nice, but could have been nicer
The room was very nice and attractive. Usually when I see resort, I think it will be more family oriented, for example, a kitchen. Other than that it is a very nice place to stay. A little far from the piers.

The Trop was the worst of the worst!
The hotel was under complete renovation. The room was not clean. The parking lot collapsed, valet service was horrible. It took nearly 1/2 hour to get our car out of the valet. After several years of staying there we had to say Bye Bye!

    Horrible!
We booked a room from a stay at AC but when we got to our "room", it was not at all what we expected. This room was for a handicapped person (raised toilet, no tub just a shower, etc) not to mention it was a non-smoking room when we requested a smoking room. To top it all off, the room was not even cleaned. There were used towels on the bed, a newspaper scattered around and the bathroom had toilet paper strewn about. We called the front desk and they told us we could go down to the customer service desk at the bottom of our elevator. When we got there, there was no one there except for a bewildered security guard. We ended up having to lug our luggage back to the front desk and then we waited about 10 minutes to see the manager. He gave us a new room but it was back in the same tower we had just come from. We demanded a room close by and he was able to accommodate us after some time on the computer. We did receive the room for free but what we had to go through, I would probably... Read more
