| We came to spend the day in Sparks and fell in love with Western Village after talking to a staff Host named "Jan". On our way home we were turned away and couldn't thru the pass due to a pile up and after unsuccessfully looking for a place to stay, we called Jan to see what kind of room rate we could get as this was an unexpected expense and we only lived a 1hr and half away. She gave us a great rate and we were so appreciative but after turning in about 2am We were awaken by smoke alarms approxamately 5am and had to evacuate and so we just took our bags and headed back to Sacramento. We did not recieve any compensation although we were still appreciative of the great rate. But had we not be awaken at that hour we would've possible stayed another night. We have not been able to return since due to the sad loss of my daughter.
We are however in need of a get away now and we look forward to returning to Western Village and hope to get that same great rate if possible as I have not worked much since my daughter's illness and passing. But I love to play the penny slots and that is affordable and enjoyable. We both have birthdays coming up and feel it would be the best way for us to go away but not be too far from home. I look forward to hearing from you on special offers and I have told many family and friends of your cozy casino. My aunt lives in Sparks and she was the one who introduced us to you. She says it's where her and her husband go.
