My wife and mother stayed at this hotel for one week. It was supposed to have all the extras as advertised by Hotwire. It did not have a casino (closed 6 years), restaurant or bar. It was supposed to have live entertainment,on the weekend. None. The airconditioning/heater worked some time. If you did not put out the MAID sign, the room would not be touched. We had adjoining rooms and my mother put out her sign and we did not and hers was made up but ours was not touched even when he door between the room was open. The hotel is under new management and the people at the front desk including the manager try to help as much as they can but if you want to have a casino, restaurant and bar at your hotel, DON'T STAY THERE. Would I go back, NO!
