Imagine opening the window drape in your room and having it fall down at your feet. You call for maintenance at 8:30 in the morning to tell them, someone from maintenance comes up immediatly and says he will have it fixed within a couple of hours. We were booked in this room for a five day stay. At the end of the day, we returned to the room to find the drapes still on the floor - its 8 p.m. We call the night manager to comlain - do we get an apology and we'll get it fixed? NO, what we got is I am not sure if we can fix it tonight, who told you it would be done in a few hours? We waited for over an hour - unfortunately all other hotels booked for the weekend, so we could not change hotels. Did we get it fixed - yes finally at 9:30 p.m. maintenance people put it back up with new screws in about 15 minutes. Will we stay here again - not on your life!!! |
