| BAD Valet, Claim dept & MANAGEMENT |
| I was at TI (Treasure Island) in Las Vegas on June 7 - 10. On June 8 afternoon, I picked up my car from the valet and noticed that the valet attendant had broken my A/C knob and LEFT it on my car mattress. It took a long time for them to get the security officers for me to file my claim. I was told that it will be taken care of. To my dismay, the risk management group and UPPER MANAGEMENT do not want to accept the claim and consider it as a wear and tear damage. Although I have a verification done at Mercedes Benz service departement which stated that the AC knob doesn't break unless there is a force applied. It cost $555 to replace and finally after a month of calls and NEGOTIATIONS, TI promises to cover 50% of the damage. I'm still waiting for my check!!! My advise, watch out for those valet people at TI. Also if you are a frequent player like me, the casino host at TI can be unhelpful!! My casino host still hasn't returned my call... unlike other casinos that I frequent (Venetian, MGM, Monte Carlo, etc), the casino host does take care of their client!! |
