| Get everything in writing - they lie! |
| I called the hotel several times, I have special requirements and I wanted to make my vacation as easy as possible. I can't walk very far. So I called to see if they could get me a power chair, powered being the operative word. They said that would not be a problem. I knew you could rent them, however they said since I was a guest there would be no charge. Things were looking up upon more research, laundry service available - no fee listed. Called the hotel again, was told that was part of the resort fee and it was free, no charge. There were other problems, but I would not recommend this hotel to anybody
Trying to vacation on a budget, because they will tell you everything is included on the phone but when you get there everything is extra. I asked about the things that I had
requested. They said they could get a chair but it would be $40 a day and there was a self-service coin operated laundry facility on the 6th floor. As far as maid service 2nd day of stay bed looked made up but here was a pile of sheets on the nightstand along with a Vegas phone book. They also turned the thermostat down to 68 in was set at 73 be me because of health reasons. The room was so cold for me I had an attack sneezing violently and throwing up. Sneezing was so violent that I fell on the bed, bounced off and landed on the floor. If I had landed or hit my head I would probably be dead instead of pissed off. |
