Worth Every Penny
When I got to Siena Suites Hotel there was a huge mistake between the internet site I made the reservation on myself and Siena Suites. It seems that the hotel never recieved my reservation. The front desk told me not to worry took a copy of my itenarary I printed with the confirmation number on it,and checked me into a room. The front desk did all the work while I enjoyed my vacation. That is great customer srevice which I definatly learned to be #1 in any business. I would definitely return to siena suites hotel but this time I would call the hotel directly...

Buyer Beware: Bait and Switch SCAM
I checked in and was told that I needed to pay my bill in full in order to hold the weekly rate. I did as instructed and paid with my credit card. I then asked if I was all set and was told "Yes". At the end of the week, the clerk tried to charge me more money, saying that my credit card was declined and that they only charged me for half of the weekly rate and needed to charge me for the 2nd half. (I called my credit card company that day to confirm that the clerk was lying to me!). Beware!

OK motel if you're going to stay a week or more. Microwave, fridge, utensils, etc. Cheap furniture. Too many families using as temporary housing. Front desk personnel not very helpful.
