I love it there I love everything from the food to the entertainment and of course the slots and card tables I like how you don’t have to walk for ever to get what you can get on the strip we stay there every year for the past 7 and we will continue to do that every year thanks for the affordable rooms and having everything to offer

I had a very good time until check out, paid in cash was given a receipt and was told there was 50$ deposit, that’s fine. When I checked out I was told I owed 4.50 hotel charge, I told them to take out of my deposit and they said that was including the deposit, they said they did not charge me enough at check in. So I have to eat there mistake. Could it be I won money there, I will not be returning there ever.

The title is the best I can say about the hotel. Okay, last year my wife let me know she wanted to see Wynona (Judd) in concert. I learned Wynona would be appearing at Buffalo Bills on 08/11/06 so I decided the concert with a little overnight stay was in order. I booked the room online, understanding that my room's price was $59.00. I'll start with the hanging and torn wallpaper in the bathroom. Then there's the dust-bunny habitat under the beds. The dirty window. The uncomfortable beds. Okay, let's go to a forgettabe dinner at Tony Roma's. Attentive service, but ignorable food. Now we're off the concert, it starts prompltly at 9:00 PM. Nice arena, but Wynona was only on stage for one hour. She was great. Her fans gave her the standardized curtain call/standing ovation which brought Wynona back out for another 15 minutes. That's was it...she's "out of there." Call it a night! At 9:15 PM we were dumped out of the arena and onto the casino floor. Which I guess is the whole reason that Buffalo Bills exists in the first place. We checked out early the next morning and they seemed shocked and unprepared when I went to pay my bill in cash. Then I get the good news. When I check in, they were out of $59.00 rooms. I was in a $129.00 room. And booking on-line didn't allow for any AAA/AARP discounts. Nicest thing about the hotel? The shower water pressure. That's it! Needless to say, we won't be going back.
