| This last visit was not what we've had before |
| I asked 2 differnet times for our casino host, and did not get to visit with him. He called my room 1 time and left a voice mail. When I checked in, I asked for him and was told, he was in a meeting. When I checked out, I again asked for him and was told he could not be located. Needless to say, I was not a happy person. I did not receive the tower I requested to stay in, also the 1st night the hot tub in the room was broken, I was told it would be fixed within the hour and it wasn't. I stayed a wake until 1:30 a.m. waiting on the maintance people. This time out to Vegas, instead of gambling, as I like to do. I went shopping at other casinos. My stay next time will probably not be at the Rio. My husband and I have been coming to the Rio since 1987. We have (all but 1 time) been completely satisafied. We have been diamond card holders for a long time. Since Harrahs has taken over the casino has changed. It seems to me like the personal side of the casino hosts are long gone. I thought it was their job to seek you out and make sure that your stay was enjoyable and if anything needed to be corrected. Wrong again in my thinking. This is my complaint and we may or probably not will return. There are many more casinos and hotels that would gladly accept our business. |
