Rude and difficult
The food was awful, the rooms were filthy - and the staff was difficult. Nobody informed us that there was a convention coming in the morning of our check out - in the morning, we couldn't even get a cup of coffee - and the soda machines, etc were empty.
Don't believe the hype - there's a great lodge up the road -and it isn't nearly as expensive.
