| Beware |
| We had many terrible experiences during our five night stay here. Overbooking our suite that we had prepaid for (which caused us to have to bounce from room to room during our stay) Our first room with a phone that rang every 5 minutes, second and third night moved to another suite on the so called "quieter, more modern, nicer West Wing" OMG first of all you walk a very long way to get to these rooms. The hallways are dark and dingy to get to this area. After a very hectic day and going on little sleep due to the phone in the previous suite keeping us up most of the night, a long haul with luggage to the West Wing, they "oops" locked us out of our room. The suite was small, dark, dingy no view, and worst of all it smelled. We spent our wedding night in a room the smelled like sewer! The smell got so bad it woke us up. To give you some idea of the intensity if this smell, go find a well filled port-a-potty and stick your head down into the toilet. Whatever the source of this smell is, its obvious that they have some major problems. The smell seeped from our one and only vent in the room as well as from the drains. We spoke to another guest who had the same issues. When speaking to manager, they gave us a baffled look as if they were unaware of the issue (bullshit) This seemed to be the popular response to complaints. By the time we got to our last room we were exhausted from lack of sleep, moving of luggage back and forth we were cranky and pissed. After all this hoping to catch up on some rest and get a later check out time, we were told "No, we are overbooked" It was a Tuesday! The whole experience sucked as did the staff! |
