| Not a good crowd, not a good manager |
|
We stayed for over 2 months pending moving into an apartment. During that time, adopted a pet and submitted a $200 pet deposit in cash. On checking out, after the managers walk through and statement that the total deposit would be refunded, she stated it would be credited to our credit card. We pointed out that we gave a cash deposit and wanted cash back. Refused. We insisted, and suddenly she says "well , only $50 of it is refundable". We turned and walked out.
There are more prostitutes and dealers here than you might think. Guess they're not used to dealing with everyday people anymore.
I give a two rating instead of a one only because there are those on staff who do everything they can. |

| Bastards in the reception |
|
Everything is OK with this Hotem except the person who used to be in the reception at the night. His name is Scott. A perfect bastard you can say. His parents never taught him how to talk with people. He is a real blqack spot for the hotel. Manager should immediately sack him to save the Hotel |

| Best Value in Vegas |
|
The best extended stay hotel I have ever stayed at in my life. The rooms are newish (only 3 years old) and full size (including couches, television, bed - Serta Kings, refrigerators, etc.). Have an amenity I've never seen before: blackout window boxes which allow the room to be in complete darkness whenever you like. Safe: electronic gates and management tossed out riff-raff the 5 months I stayed there. Next to Outlet Mall and three bus connections. |
