As a small business owner and trying to stay close to the strip in order to meet with clients, I chose Manor Suites because of the price for the lengthy stay. The entire time I was there, the internet that they advertise as having, wasn't working. When I asked the front desk about it, they kept reponding to me with, "the internet guy will be out tomorrow to fix it." They don't have a name for him, and I never saw him. Then after almost 5 days of not having any internet access, I called down on a friday afternoon and asked if they planned on fixing it, and I was told that the, "Internet Guy," doesn't work on the weekend, so he would be out on Monday. I checked out the following Thursday and still had no internet. I had to drive to other places around town just to get any internet service. It was NOT worth the stay if you plan on ever checking your email while in Las Vegas. The worst service ever. I wish that when I showed up they would have told me that for the next few......

They personally made feel welcome, comfortable, and I felt they listened and certainly facilitated my specific needs. It is rare to find this level of excellence and service in the hotel industry and they cetainly exceeded my expectations.
I would highly recommend this hotel.

Among a dozen of hotel/extended stay facilities I previewed prior to choosing Manor Suites, this facility had the ideal floor plan, was nicely furnished, sparkling clean, has easily accessible laundry facilities and an inviting main office and enticing pool area. Their staff was cheerful, always ready to assist and well prepared to handle all of my needs. I highly recommend this facility to anyone staying in the Las Vegas area.

I only had been in the room for 1/2 hour when 3 cockroaches came out...one was the biggest creature I had ever seen!!!..The night time staff could not give me my money back so I had to wait till morning to talk to the manager. The good news is I got a full refund and all the staff were very friendly, but it is infested so beware!!!!

We stayed for over 2 months pending moving into an apartment. During that time, adopted a pet and submitted a $200 pet deposit in cash. On checking out, after the managers walk through and statement that the total deposit would be refunded, she stated it would be credited to our credit card. We pointed out that we gave a cash deposit and wanted cash back. Refused. We insisted, and suddenly she says "well , only $50 of it is refundable". We turned and walked out.
There are more prostitutes and dealers here than you might think. Guess they're not used to dealing with everyday people anymore.
I give a two rating instead of a one only because there are those on staff who do everything they can.
