| Hotel 10 service 10 everything about our stay was super. Planned wedding fantastic results, however don't expect to get paid on a slot machine if it hits because it will just tilt or suddenly show machine error! That’s what happened to us on 08/16/2005. While playing progressive wheel of fortune for several hours' the machine I was playing showed I hit the jackpot, which at the time was over a million dollars suddenly moved off the line and showed tilt. How strange for it to suddenly malfunction. The wheels were turning so slow after it tilted you could still see the symbols on the line except for the last one that moved. I went to get a slot person to explain what had happened and all he could say was sorry, and that if it had been a winner it would have paid off, as he was quickly trying to reset the machine to get the symbols out of view. Went to the main slot lady on the floor and she basically laughed at me saying sorry there's nothing she can do. It wouldn’t have mattered if it was for 100$ or a million$ your not going to get the big prize. In my opinion we got screwed and there's nothing that can be done. I know there tapes would show the machine and what had happened, but to them so what!!! Oh well life goes on. I still have a dime in my pocket and a beautiful bride. [Just wasn't meant to be rich] |
