To get a hotel any better than this you will have to die.....and go to heaven.


Stayed here over 4th of July weekend and was blown away.

The service, food, and decor are not of this world.

The pool/spa/healthclub are spectacular. Prepare to be spoiled with small touches (each treadmill has its own TV attached to it, the pool attendants will bring fruit and evian to you on a regular basis, the bath tubs are extremely deep, dry cleaning and laundry comes back in an hour, the beds are soft and plush, and the list goes on and on).

The price is as high as it gets in Las Vegas, but is very reasonable by the standards of other cities.

A hotel like this in Paris or New York would be at least three times the price.

MUST STAY HERE TO BELIEVE HOW GOOD IT IS.

My wife and I have stayed at this hotel many times. It is the only place we will stay at in Vegas. We have stayed at the other mega luxury hotel/casinos, they have no service, no tranquility in comparison. The Four Seasons is attached to Mandalay Bay and you can enjoy the action there. However once you return to the Four Seasons the peace and tranquility is like an immediate stress releiver. Its all the little things they do that add up to the best hotel in Vegas. The $ is worth it.

Sure there are less expensive alternatives in the super luxe category, and all of them come with casinos and the many trappings of a big LV resort...but if you really want to get away from reality in the neon land of unreality, then the Four Seasons Las Vegas is your best bet. Spent the better part of 100 degree days poolside getting spritzed by aerosolized Evian, treated to wedges of fresh oranges, cooled by rolled chilled wet towlettes, satiated by bottomless pitchers of lemon water, waited on hand and foot by attentive and attractive human life forms, poolside menu by Charlie Palmer (the lobster roll!), afternoon hot stone massages worked the lunch off, leaving room for Charlie Palmer's Steakhouse for dinner, and immediate access to all of the pleasures of Mandalay Bay. PERFECTION. PRICELESS.

Unbelievable level of service

We were lucky enough to stay at the Four Seasons for a friend's wedding. We loved how you could be in the frenetic activity of the Mandalay Bay one minute, and then walk through the doors of the Four Seasons & be enveloped in quiet luxury the next. Although Four Seasons guests can use all the amenities of the Mandalay as well, the difference between the two was quite marked. Although the Mandalay had a fun "wave pool" and a "lazy river", we quickly tired of the lack of umbrellas under the hot sun, the crowded "beach", and the lack of privacy. We scooted back over to the Four Seasons side, and while the pool itself was nothing special, the individual cabanas (no charge) with overhead water spritzers, telephones, and food & drink service was the height of luxury. Having a Cobb Salad & diet coke delivered to enjoy while I relaxed under my cabana was the best! But the greatest indicator of the level of service was when my husband forgot his cumberbund. While the Mandaley offered no help, the concierge at the Four Seasons said, "just a moment", turned around, and came back with a loaner cumberbund. Unbelievable!

Many Problems over Multiple Stays, but Still a Good Hotel

We've stayed at the Four Seasons Las Vegas nearly 6 times, and are scheduled to be there again in late June. Overall, it's the finest hotel in LV, but over years we've certainly had problems. Even though we had a confirmed reservation and were return customers, they were overbooked when we arrived to check in. They put us up in a suite @ the Mandalay Bay overnight. It was disgustingly filthy. Large stains in the carpeting, on the sofa, and the soap holders in the bath were broken off and laying on the vanity.
Another time as we were departing, I was stuggling with loading my luggage into our rental car at the porte cochere. The main valet/bellman viewed the situation, and kept talking with a co-worker no more than 10 feet from me. I shot him a disapproving look, but perhaps because I am
Asian, he did not feel the need to offer his assistance. I've never forgotten how I departed after staying there for a full week, in a strip-view suite.
Yet on another stay at the Four Seasons, the bellman had lost my leather jacket. We'd arrived before our room was ready, so the bellman took our luggage and coats, while we had lunch. He put our luggage into our room when it was finally ready, but not my jacket. Apparently, he'd hung it in another guest's closet - he couldn't remember which room, as there had been many arrivals that particular day.
I'm only going back this June because of the hotel's sense of quiet and privacy.

Best view in Vegas.All employees were friendly and would go the extra mile for special requests.Thinking about having daughters wedding there if i can talk her into it.

THE place to stay in Las Vegas. Typical Four Seasons service and quality. Rooms are very nice. Only hotel in Vegas I've ever been to that you could not smell cigarette smoke at all. One floor away from the Mandaly casino. Pool is private and service there was very pampering. Spa is awesome! I will never stay anywhere else when I come to Vegas.

BEAUTIFUL--as Four Seasons always is. But, staff was very snobby and needs to treat guests a bit friendlier with less attitude. After all, they are WORKING THERE. No reason to act like they are too good.....
Great room. Gorgrous hotel and nice private pool.

My husband and i have spent several long 3-4 day weekends at the 4 Seasons in vegas ( also others ) but as far as vegas; WE love the privacy! Away from the casinos but easy access, We love the service at the pool !!!. the privacy and security. The service is excellent as is the spa! We did have a room with view, could not get suite at one time but found the room a fairly good size ! Especially for vegas! as your not in your room a lot! Room service which we had for breakfast eveyday was wonderful,and the servers fun and freindly!!! They picked up on whether you wanted to chat or not!! The bath lovely.The conceirge arranged for the limo to pick us up , they were right there with all needs.Also our flight was late and the hotle worked wiht us so we could make our concert, also leaving a cheese and fruit plate for us to snack as we got ready, had our tickets ready ,and a sweet gesture the last trip a anniversary/birthday lefta decadent chocalate plate for us!!!
Also all dinner reservations were taken care of as some shipping of items home!! Pamered but not overdone. Pure Class!! We make point of staying there,and other locations! We have stayed at several of the Big luxury hotels in vegas and are happy with the four seasons. Would recommend it to anyone . splurge and feel specail and enjoy the get away from casinos and crowds until you want them!!

Dining Outside in the HOT Summer Sun If you dine outside in the sun on a HOT summer day, cover up your silverware if the sunshine can reach it!

Traffic It did surprise me how traffic congested the strip is. If you do not have a car you may want to consider a mid location such as the New York New York, Paris or MGM.

Phantom of the Opera This is a fabulous show if you like this sort of thing....I have seen it twice now at the Venitian and have loved it both times....try and get seats somewhere in the middle of the theatre so you can take in all the special effects...the theatre is modeled after the Paris Opera House and is really stunning inside. Enjoy!
