If you're looking for a convenient place to stay on the strip (especially if you have no car) I can recommend The Flamingo. It's mid strip, the monorail leaves at the back and when you walk out of the hotel you're in the middle of the action on walking distance from most attractions. Hotel room was very clean, staff friendly and efficient, however the burger I ordered at 5.00 a.m. using room service was very poor quality for the prize. Great garden view, friendly concierge to help around, no problems checking in or out.

No customer service. Food is overpriced and terrible. Reminded us of cattle standing in line to check in over 2 hours. The only positive comments have to be published by the hotel. We have stayed in hundreds of places around the world and this is positively the worst. Dont stay here or you will regret it.

The Flamingo Las Vegas offers a variety of entertainment options and captures the essence of yesteryears Las Vegas with town's new image. The staff is accommodating especial for those with health and travel issues. The rooms were clean, the food good, and the atmosphere safe. If you want to trade overpowering interior glitz and glitter for old fashion hospitality, this is the place to stay. Can’t wait to return.

The hotel rooms were clean, and all we needed for the time that we were there. The restaurant was good, the casino was Smokey, live entertainment was great.
