Love to stay at Embassy Ste - Paradise Rd

Caution - this is a non-gaming, all suite hotel off the strip - East of strip on Paradise Rd. Have stayed here several times as a couple - love the REAL suite configuration - with separate living and bedrooms - and with something important, at least to us - bath is accessed outside the bedroom, so you don't disturb anyone sleeping in bedroom when using it. Minibar area is equipped with coffeemaker, mini fridge, microwave, sink - always great to have in a hotel room! Free breakfast - more than just continental - they will cook eggs/omelettes to order - help yourself to the rest - fruit, yogurt, cereal, pastries and bread with toaster and extras for toast, etc. Help yourself to juice, milk, etc as well. Restaurant open for other meals as well, but haven't eaten there exc. for breakfast. Weekdays there is, like all Embassy Suites, a managers reception with free drinks, lite snack. Can be quite crowded/busy. But hey, it's free. The bar is on the second floor, overlooking lobby and with views outside. Indoor pool, large outdoor whirlpool. Small gift/convenience shop. Pleasant atrium style lobby with comfortable leather chairs and small water show designed by Wet Designs, who did Bellagio fountains. For a price, you can book conference suite for business, or suite with a LARGE outdoor patio area with furniture - overlooks the rear of Wynn with views of the golf course (old Desert Inn course) and you can watch the monorail pass. Worth the extra money - hard to find this amenity in Vegas without being a high roller! Ample free surface parking, a shuttle van (don't know much about it, but have seen it), and a coin operated laundry room, add to the amenities list. If you don't mind not being right on the Strip, and don't care if there is a casino on property, you'll love the Embassy Suites. You can always walk to Hard Rock - its close by, just across the street!
