Don't go there
This is a place with the rudest staff I have ever encountered. I was given the wrong rate, over charged, called a liar when I tried to complain, had sarcastic and rude comments made to me by the reception staff, and generally treated like a peace of dirt. To quote “your card has paid, we have the money, and so what do you expect me to do?” Just stay away from the place, it rubbish, that’s all I can say, still get angry thinking about it, and still trying to get money back!!!!

Stay at Terrible down the road, contrary to the name, it’s a really nice place!!! (and cheaper).
