Not what it's cracked up to be

I had booked two rooms, on for my parents and one for my siblings. One of the rooms were cleaned but the second wasn't. It was almost as if the previous guests had just checked out five minutes before we'd arrived. Empty cups with liquid still inside were thrown about. The trash cans were full. The towels were wet. It was all around horrible. When I called in to complain I was not greeted apologetically. It was a non chalant "we'll call house keeping...". House keeping came a good hour later. This was just one event out of many that caused a not so pleasant stay.

Great Holiday Experience

Nice Clean, Tidy, Functional Hotel - its really a place to get you head down in between all the sightseeing and shopping. We loved it so much we booked again when we got back. My brother and his wife go every year and my mum and dad do the same with their friends. They have been going to the same hotel for the last 8 years so it must be good. Food and Service Excellent and lots to do for the kids providing they aren't too small. Didn't have much noise from other guests so all in all a great place to visit and stay.

We have now stayed there 5 times and are booked in again for 4th Oct.2006. It speaks for itself, doesn't it?

Noisy place

Maybe we were just unlucky. The room was nice enough, the food very good if you got there at the right time and didn't have to queue for too long. Our neighbours were very loud and boisterous, which is fine, they were on holiday, but the walls were so thin that we could hear every word/shriek/snore. Also we were on a side of the hotel above the funfair, which meant we also had the constant buzzing of the generators.

Was very good. Keep up the good work. I plan on staying there this summer when I take my daughter for her birthday in July.
