I payed 300.00 dollars for a room for a week. I thought 300 for a week - this is reasonalble. Bad news - There are bugs roaches, spiders. This is awful. Nasty doesn't start to explain this dump and when I went to get my money back. They said no refunds. I asked for the management's number and some guy working there said he was the manager and they don't give no refunds. I said sir this place is disgusting, "Can I get my money for the days that I havent stayed yet?" He said no and to leave the office. I was so upset that I packed my bags and went to a clean safe motel and just lost my 300.00 dollars. Very upsetting. |

Long story short...The price gets you to give them your credit card to hold the room...Sounds simple and great. The photos of the hotel on line must have been from the grand opening. Run down, dirty, and all sorts of working people are in the parking area all hours of night and day! The office has limited hours (not 24 hours) and any problems when you get there are too bad. Did not want to try to improve things. I was told to leave the office, and I never cussed, or raised my voice. I was just wrong and no refunds. So we were stuck there. Learned my lesson. Pay the little extra you won't be sorry. Their is 2 locations on Tropicana, both same owner :( Just sad that it could have been so nice. |
