I enjoyed it for the most part
I moved in the Budget Suites in Nov. of 05 and moved out May of 06. I had a good experience with the staff, very friendly, often helped me and was lenient if I was going to be late on rent or needed assistance with something else. There was a man there, Norris, who was EXTREMELY polite, and courteous,he provided excellent customer service, the women were nice as well, but Norris was FANTASTIC, he stood out. The room was ok, pretty small, but not as small as other rooms I stayed in. I enjoyed my stay and was sad to go. I had gotten to know the staff, and a few residents very well. I enjoyed it for the most part.

Shocking
Absolutely shocking, we were allowed in the pool, but not the spa pool because the environment agency had put up a notice saying it was not safe/clean. Room was not bad, small kitchen, living room average really.
However on the day we checked out my wife was very sick, as in the toilet all morning. I rang the reception saying we might be a little late checking out, they said we would have to pay for another day if we were late. I told them my wife was throwing up a lot and they just didn’t care.....shabby service on the last few days especially by the women.. Service by the man behind the desk was great though, very friendly and helpful. Shame about the women working there.
