Advertises pets allowed, however you can not leave them alone. Was locked out of my room after returning from dinner. Was told pets could not be left alone. Was moved from second floor to first floor with no assistance @ 9p.m. Rudely informed that I would be asked to leave if I left pets alone. Had stayed here a year ago with no problems leaving the pets. No where is it mentioned that you cannot leave pets alone, surely they would mention this when checking in with a pet, but they dont. Pool was filthy, hot tub broke, mold in bathroom, dog food on floor from previous guest. Save your money and the stress and go some where that has friendly staff and can speak English. This was a total nightmare.

Room was in poor repair, mold in bathroom, woodwork splintered, broken window, no screen on window. Customer service was non-existent. Filled in customer comment forms on-line and was told to expect a response within seven working days. Six weeks later and have not received a response. Use your time and money more wisely in Omaha by staying somewhere else!
