This Motel Is Quiet And Clean

We have stayed at this motel numerous times and have never had any problems with rooms dirty or linens not clean I do not know what room you stayed in but I have children with me and have always felt safe Keep up the good work American family in /Bellevue NE

Friendly & helpful people working here clean rooms and good rate have traveled for work 20+yrs. This is the top 10% for friendly and accommodations. Great place

This is by far the worst motel I've ever stayed at!!! The manager was not helpful, in fact downright rude! The room we stayed in was dirty. They only provided 1 towel. Most of the 3 bulb lights only had one bulb. The floor was stained and very dirty, could see dirt throughout room. The sheets were not clean, I found a blood spot under my pillow. Yuck!! The outside was no better, our window screen had been forced off and was bent to the point that it would no longer go on correctly. I spent the whole night wondering who might break through the door!! The only reason we stayed was the fact that my husband arrived earlier than my daughter and myself and had paid for the room without seeing it. Obviously couldn't get a refund. The Omaha Chamber sends out fliers for this place when they host the State Track Meet, can't believe it!!!

Me and my family stayed at American Family Inn in Bellevue NE. Very nice staff cozy room, no sex offender that I knew of. I have 3 kids and how would you know if there was unless they told you? Lol. Will return again ty
