This motel is obviously not inspected by anyone from the city, county or state. It is an antique without benefit of charm - just old, smelling of mothballs, old sweat and the odor of someone who had cooked a Dinty Moore beef stew in the microwave - yes, there is a microwave and a refrigerator. The mattress was thin and REEKED!!! The transition from outdoor to indoor toilets did not do well in this motel - the toilet is jammed into a narrow slot beside the shower - yes, there is a shower. I am glad that I have maintained a 34-inch waist line or else I would not have fit into the slot. If you would like to reminiscent about the Joads on their trip to California or axe murders in the shower this would be just the site for you. Otherwise I'd find a quiet lay-by and sleep in the car. That's what I'll do if ever I find myself in need of a place to sleep in Arapahoe, Nebraska and the Araphoe Court Motel is the only choice. Caveat emptor!!
