Loved it! Great value. Spacious, clean, comfortable bedrooms. bath and kitchen, with everything we needed. Casual setting near restaurant, grocery store, gift shop. Marc, the owner, met us at the Amtrak station and also arranged for our rental car with directions and suggestions for our drive through Road to the Sun. Hated to leave; would go back in a minute!

Many Motels offer free pickup and dropoff at Amtrak Station There is an Avis Rent a Car in East Glacier that offers rentals to guests arriving by train. Most motels will pick you up for free if staying in town. A rental car is the most affordable way to see this area of Glacier National Park. The private coach tours offered by the park conscessionaire are terribly expensive.

Good Mexican food. Tthe Mexican food at Serrano's is good.
