Metro Link from Airport Will take you all the way downtown. Get off at the Convention Plaza station and walk/cab to local hotels. $3.25 one-way versus a $35.00 cab ride. Trip will take you 35 minutes buy train. 20 minutes by cab.

Lots of Hidden Attractions in St. Louis I'm a St. Louis native, and St. Louis has a lot of hidden attractions. The Gateway Arch, Riverfront, Old Courthouse, and Busch Stadium are some of the more famous tourist attractions. One of the hidden attractions is the City Museum. Its not just an ordinary museum, it is a place with an aquarium, caves (manmade, a place for kids and maybe some adults to explore), a thing called Monstrocity, which has slides, and places to explore all outside (suspended in air!), and lots more. Forest Park is an attraction which is also a must see, with lots of things inside to do like the St. Louis Zoo,Boat House,and The Muny. If you like exploring small towns, there are lots of suburbs like Webster Groves,which has restaurants, small shops, and downtown centers.There are lots of area malls, inlcuding West County Mall and Crestwood Mall(which is undergoing new management and is projected to be renovated, but right now is fairly small).
