My mother lives in the area of the Country Hearth in Springfield, MO, so we visit that area often. We only stayed at the Country Hearth once! The room itself was acceptable, but they charged us for a safe that we didn't use without advising at check-in or providing other notification. Needless to say, there are other motels in the area that do get our regular business!
