We had called to make reservations and were told to get a coupon from the Welcome Center which we did but you would not honor this coupon since it was a holiday weekend. The coupon did not say it excluded holidays or weekends. We were a mission group from our church that had spent a week in Mississippi to refurbish a home and were not loud or noisy but just wanted a place to rest on our homeward journey. We were also disappointed that the hot tub was not working but did not get a reduction for that. We were very disappointed in our stay and will not recommend it to our friends.
