slots were good here this time around i won up to $70 on a penny machine i was playing, so had made my money back i had lost at the horseshoe and sliver slipper in bay st. louis. But they were nice casinos, and i would go back to hollywood for a second try later on, not sure teh silver slipper was worth the extra drive in. There are plenty of theatres in the gulfport, buloxi area if you want to take in a show. I also ate at TGIFridays and there are plenty of places to shop and eat in gulfport open and running. Most everything that was lost in biloxi on the beach has an open resturant in gulfport, and its a short drive.

Go outside of Biloxi to eat Chain restaurants charge more in Biloxi than they do just a few miles away in DIberville and Ocean Springs - the quality of the food is better outside of Biloxi. The only quality food is at the casion buffets. Ex: Waffle house on the beach side of 90 west of I-110 is filthy - stay away (near Hooters). The Waffle House accross from the Beau is good but the prices are higher than the DIberville location. Take the time to go to DIberville for better food, lower prices, shorter lines.
