I called to make reservations for a couple rooms. The receptionist asked "what type of a group is it"? I don't know why she asked that since I never mentioned "group". Did she mean were we hispanics or handicapped or atheists or what? I told her "disabled" and she said "you have to have a chaperone in each room". Never asked the age or what type of disability. Later I called back and told her this was discriminatory under Title 3 of the ADA. The woman hung up on me immediately when she heard this. Every time I tried to call back same evening the line was busy. Pretty bad attitude if she thinks anyone with a disability "needs a chaperone".
