Accommodating & friendly & VERY NICE
We felt it was very nice we certainly would use again in the future , when possible. Sometimes we have to stay where we are exhibiting for our business. (Conferences/Education Days, etc.)
We enjoyed the friendleness & caring ,helpful staff. Thank you for being there for 'the working travelers'

Hotel nightmare
My recent stay at your hotel began with an upcharge for the room (I usually pay $99 but this time was charged $139 because of a swim meet and extra demand). The first room I was given was directly across from the elevators and was very noisy, so I requested a room change, which we were given immediately. That night, we asked for an extra pillow as the pillows are very flat, and were told none were available. They did say, however, they might be able to find an extra blanket, which arrived dirty with cigarette burns in it. The bathroom sink was grungy, and the shower was worse. The tub also looked dingy, but glancing upward at the ceiling was absolutely disgusting. Brown stains, as well as what looked like blood stains could be find in numerous places. The ceiling had obviously been overlooked for cleaning for a long, long time. I have never been so glad to check out of a hotel in my life.
