| Very nice, needs a few pointers |

We had a lovely time for our anniversary "get away "and we really liked being at hotel and having an excellent dinner and then walked back to our room still in hotel. two pointers included poor selection for room service, i.e. - no munchies for the champagne I ordered for our anniversary celebration in our room before dinner - no hors d’oeuvres or sandwiches or chips or anything, and the maid knocking on room door despite "do not disturb sign" the next morning- I don't need that, I have a five year old at home hence romantic get away!! But we had a lovely time and the concierge did compensate our bill and apologise, (which is very correct) so I would go back because the dinner was fabulous and the wine list is really good and reasonable! |
