Noisy And Not Clean

We booked two rooms for our stay one had obviously not been vacuumed before we arrived. The rooms were not even close together. One room was located with a dark alley as a hallway and the other inside the hotel. So to get from one room to the other we had to go outside. There was not much sound proofing and we were kept awake throughout the night by a child in the next room crying. I have stayed in many hotels and when I have booked two rooms those rooms were always located near each other. Our stay was not a pleasant one. Would not recommend to others.

just sick i would seriously look into hiring new staff for some of the areas i own a business and if my staff was so bad with customer service i would have to let them go. customer service is what gets people to come back and spread good word about you with the staff that you have you are not giving customer service that is up to par
