Nice Management, Good room, Clean
VERY satisfied w/ my stay. Susan was super nice & conscientious, room was clean, totally functional/nothing broken. Convenient location, and much better prices than nearby Alexandria. Best roadside motel stay I remember having.

Rooms
Stayed here on a layover. The building itself was in good shape. The rooms were spacious, clean and have a refridgerator. Very good service at front desk and helpful staff. Although the air conditioner and gas heater looks like the originals, very outdated and run down. If they invested in new, energy efficient units, they would save alot of money in the long run.

Not nearly as bad as I thought!
We made reservations for this motel because it was the only hotel in Fergus Falls with vacancy still. We were all worried it was going to be very dirty and run down. The outside of the hotel isn't in the greatest condition, and only some of the neon lights worked, but it wasn't that run down. We went in our room to find clean sheets, clean floors, bathroom, everything! We even found out that they had cable and wi- fi! The only other thing that maybe wasn't great, was the hallway which had a little vending machine and water fountain with all of their cords out, and the lobby, which had coffee and tea and some doughnuts, was very crowded and there wasn't much room for more than 4 people. Obviously, this isn't a 4 star motel or anything special, but I would recommend this motel for anyone looking for a place to stay.
