If you are looking for something quiet and unique this is the place for you. I lived in Faribault until 1995. I always wanted to stay at the Lyndale but never did. After we moved away I had a chance to stay there. I loved it. We stay there 3 or 4 times a year.

This is a place I would consider returning to a second time. It reminded me of a "ma and pa" place cozy and peaceful. I got to see lots of wildlife during my stay. Geese and ducks were of abundance but I also seen a Swan and even a couple of whitetails crossing the river. Never seen that at a motel before! For $41.25/day I say I got my moneys worth along with some beautiful pictures. THANK YOU!
