Things have gone down hill

My husband and I have been guests at the Intown Suites in Burnsville for quite awhile now. When we first moved in the housekeeping was fantastic the housekeepers did a wonderful job. Since then things have gone down hill. We can't get clean linens for the bed every week, my husband is the one that's been changing the beds; the bathrooms are never properly cleaned, not being swept or scrubbed-that includes the kitchen. The elevator has been out for a very long. When we first came here we explained to Corey that I have a hard time walking because of a bad hip and we needed a room close to the elevator, which we got. But, that didn't seem to matter in getting the elevator repaired until the need for the remodeling and moving the carpeting, etc. from floor to floor. I also have a heart condition and trouble breathing so going up and down three flights of stairs is a strenuous task for me every day.

Now, we've had to move to another room becuase of the remodeling which was fine. It's not the room we were told we would have. We were told that we would have the room under us which would have been 223. While we were at work the room was given to somebody else. The room we were given, 226, is filthy. There's dirt on the walls by the kitchen table that can and should've been wiped down. The bathroom is totally unacceptable. There were hairs left from a man's beard all over the sink area in the bathroom. The basin itself was dirty and had god knows what stuck to it. I had to clean myself with Lysol. The floor is filthy. Obviously, it needs to be swept and scrubbed.
There's something on the toilet cover. The woodwork on the back of the door is full of black dirt, stuff that has been squirted, splashed whatever. Doesn't need to be repainted it needs to be wiped down. Which should be part of cleaning the room. There's brown gunk around the base of the toilet. I didn't take a shower this morning because of the condition of the tub. It looks like it hasn't been cleaned for a month. There's a gray ring half the way up the sides. If it's a stain. didn't anybody think about filling the tub with strong bleach water and letting the tub soak. Oh yea, but then the drain would have to be fixed so the tub could hold water. The sheets that were on my bed had dirt spots and stains on the bottom sheet. You know, I could keep going on but I hope that I've explained the problems we've been having since we became customers.

Anything you could do to help in this matter would be greatly appreciated.

Hopefully, this will get to the Corporate Offices and get handled properly.
