My husband and I traveled to Amerisuites Mall of America in Bloomington, MN to have our Christmas holiday with my husband's boys. We celebrated after Christmas because that was the only time we could have with them so we made due and opened presents and had our own little Christmas in the hotel room. The room was horrible! Upon arriving in the room, on first glance we noticed that one of the beds was slanted to one side. We asked for another room but that bed was just as bad. The pull-out sofa was awful as well. I have no idea how my stepson was able to sleep on it because it was so lumpy and so pitched. We asked to be credited for at least one night's stay and it was an ordeal to just get that accomplished because I had booked the hotel through a travel site on the Internet and not directly with the hotel. There were a variety of other "mishaps" throughout our stay (i.e., being kept awake all night by children running up and down the halls, etc.). All in all, I am probably not the person you want to ask for a review to be published for you. I've stayed at Amerisuites in other states but I will not be returning to this particular Amerisuites.
