Staff is friendly and courteous and knowledgeable, rooms have been clean neat and non smoking is non smoking. I use internet to book, fast easy and correct when we arrive. good easy parking well lighted. My only wish is for a better signed entrance, you can miss the entrance at night easy as another is very close a couple of well placed and lit signs if permitted by zoning will help. all and all a pleasant stay each time we have been, our granddaughter remembers your hotel very well keeps asking when can we go back to the Baymont
