Worst time ever
I and my husband stayed 1 night in the Ramada. It was the worst experience I have had at a hotel. I will never go there again and will not recommend it to anyone. About two weeks before our stay we booked a Jacuzzi suite; we had our credit card to reserve it. When we arrived for our night to stay we got our room card and proceeded to our room. Upon arrival our room was not the one we asked for and paid for. We got a Jacuzzi room instead. The suite had a living room and a separate bedroom, 3 TVs, and the Jacuzzi was in the bathroom. The Jacuzzi room is just a plain old room with a Jacuzzi in it, which we did not want. We were shocked when we walked in and we went to the front desk to let them know this was the wrong room. They said we are sorry we booked you for the wrong room but there’s nothing we can do about it because all of the suites are taken at this time.
