Horrible experience

My mom and sister, caught in a snow storm, could not make it home and stopped at the first place they found. Terribly dirty. Dingy facility. Meagre disposable supplies (cup, etc.). Thinnest sheets. Miserly on towels. Good luck to any who stay here.
