Sad Experience
We booked a Friday night room less than 7 days ahead of our stay, so we paid a higher rate since the Lansing area hotels were booked for a weekend event. During our stay, we were very disappointed to discover the:
• bed sheet and mattress cover was ripped
• bathroom sink stopper was broken
• room carpeting was ripped
• wall paper was coming off
When we checked-out, the gentleman at the desk asked, “How was everything?” When he heard our list of issues, he said he was not able to make an adjustment to the bill since a manager was not on duty.
We won’t stay there again.
