Good Shopping about 10 minutes away Good Shopping in this area is about 10 minutes away in the Westnedge area. There is a mall, and lots of anchor stores as well as Krispy Kreme and a selection of restaurants.

What to do in the Zoo. I grew up in the area 20 years ago and recently went back to visit. Generally average midwest town. Has university and small airport. Crossroads Mall offers great selection of shops. Air Zoo is wonderful even for the non-aviation buff. Would recommend for families with school age children and older adults who are interested in WWII. Local cider mills/farms worth the time to see. Some areas of town are tired looking and reflective of downturn in economy. Variet y of restaurants but most catering to fast food or chains.

Cosmos - A Great Little Bar/Restaurant Found a fabulous little pub/restaurant university area. Cosmos Cucina (2nd floor) and O'Duffy's pub (1st floor) are tucked into a little neighborhood of older homes that appear to house many students. It is tiny and unassuming, but served great food and drinks. We sat downstairs near the front windows and watched the activity unroll outside. The staff was shaving fresh lime peel and making home made margueritas that looked delicious. The menu was very surprising and good, if a bit expensive for the locale.
