AWFUL PLACE
No hot water, dusty, electrical outlets exposed, rooms dirty, maid didn't replace towels and other items used. Never removed dirty coffee mugs, wallpaper peeling, floor covered in brown film, elevators are flat out scary, smoke detectors hanging from ceilings, staff unfriendly and couldn't provide receipt confirming payment of room, valet took 25 minutes to find car.

Great View, Awful Services
While this hotel was conveniently located next to the convention center, the amenities and services were horrendous. No hot water, dirty dishes in room, unfriendly staff, and very dusty air due to renovations.
