Business room rate is fair for weekdays.The location of motel rooms are just near bar,restaurant & lake.Service is honest.

I like room#33 having king size bed.The rate is
very reasonable& its just near restaurant&bar.
The staff is very friendly& honest.I like cable
channels.

I like suite #10 & room #11, 12, 14, 15, 16 as all are located very near to lake & restaurant & bar.

Reasonable rate, clean room, very good location, good and co operative staff, complimentary breakfast, free dock and beach facility.
