TERRIBLE GUEST SERVICE!!!!!!!
We had just arived for a UofM football game and were told our guarenteed reservation didn't guarentee us a room. They had oversold the hotel for about 10 other people arriving that night. We were sent to another hotel with a much smaller room. We had to cram 6 people into 2 beds and 2 slept on the floor. This is the worst service I have every experienced with a hotel. And the worst thing, the manager that I talked to didn't seem to care that I was inconvenienced or that it ruined the weekend for 6 people.

Great for business travelers
My company booked me here because my usual hotel was full. I'm glad they did, cause for the price of a hotel room, I got a suite.
Breakfast was also included and it was great. The staff was very friendly too. Hawthorn will get all of my business now!

This Place Is Great!
I travel to Ann Arbor at least 3 times a month and I always stay at Hawthorn Suites. I get a large suite instead of a small hotel room. The front desk staff always greets me with a smile and know me by name. And they have a great breakfast and also a dinner during the week. It's a great value and I don't have to leave the hotel for anything, except work of course. I recommend this hotel to everyone.
