This campground has the poorest customer service (an oximoron in this case) I have ever been privy too. We are Full Time Rv'rs and have lived on the road for over a year. We took a brief holiday from Rv'g to camp a few days in PTown. The Dunes staff lost reservations, double booked and mid way through agreements to compromise renegged on their compromise position and called the police to evict us, exercising their right as private property owners. The best experience we had in PTown was with the police officer who advised us to do just this... let others know our experience. In short you risk your vacation dealing with these people. They have no sense of service and feel no obligation to try and deal fairly regarding costs or inconvenience when the error was totally their mistake. They will resort to all manner of deceit. I have never experienced service behaviour anywhere that would match the shoddiness of The Dunes. Go there forewarned.
