First time at the Blue Sea. We had a great time! The room was perfectly on the beach. Kids made lots of friends. Best family vacation ever. Can't wait to get back!

I payed 185 dollars to stay in this dump. The room felt like I went back in time to the 70s, bathroom was gross, and there was a 2 inch gap under the front door. The room had a musty smell to it. The description of this motel is very deceiving on there website.

We have been staying at the Blue Sea for years! We love the Blue Sea and wouldn't stay any where else! We love the quaint family feel! We always find the rooms clean and comfortable and we've staying in almost all the rooms over the years! Keep up the great work!

This was the first time I stayed at this complex. When I arrived, I gave the clerk a credit card check to pay for the balance of my stay, 3 days. She looked at it and said, "I have never seen this before and I have to call someonelese". Another clerk came out and said, that only cash, and credit cards can be used. I protested and said, this is a check issued by my credit card company and it is used like a credit card. He then called the owner of the establishment. Again only cash and credit cards accepted. My credit card number, minus the first 4 numbers, was printed on the check. Again, it was not accepted. I cancelled my Fri and Sat night reservations. When I went to my room, # 141 on the second floor, opened the door, the room had a very musty smell. I immediately opened the sliding glass door and turned on the air conditioner to circulate the room. The bed was lumpy, sagged and was not to comfortable. The paint was pealing in the bathroom over the tub, the shower head was clogged and water came out in a stream, the floor creeked and squeeked, but most of all, the floor seemed uneven. The room decore was circa 1960, or so it seemed.But the most annoying thing was the fridge. When it turned off, it made a loud "Bang" noise.For the price they charged for a night $179.00, you can do better. I would NEVER stay at this establishment again.
